Simon James New Homes Ltd is a privately owned company, its director of which has over 25 years experience in the industry. We specialise in building quality individually designed homes in desirable locations using local and skilled individuals.
We have developed an understanding with our Architects to deliver the high quality and individuality that our customers demand. On completion we carry out significant and rigorous testing and commissioning of each property to ensure a smooth and carefree handover of your new property and each new property comes with an NHBC warranty. We also offer a free12 month snagging period and after sales care.
We are also proud to announce that our past development two eighty eight won a silver medal for the building for life award in 2009.
